Our Adoption Plan

Adoption process

• We are working with an adoption lawyer who we feel will provide good advice on the process and a smooth experience.

• Birth Mom also gets a lawyer, which we pay for.

• The State of Ohio allows us to pay approximately $3,000.00 to birth mother in reimbursement for allowable expenses. We anticipate being able to pay the full amount allowed.

• We are very open to an open adoption and are willing to help maintain baby’s contact with birth family.

• We are located in the State of Ohio. It may be simpler to adopt a baby from Ohio but I believe we can make it work for a baby from any State.
